  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $99, shipping charges vary based on the weight of the items and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed and packed the same business days after the order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 1-4 business days after they are processed and shipped, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Cold Chain & Perishable Shipping Policy

At Altin Grocery, we take extra care to ensure your perishable items—such as sucuk and cheeses—arrive in optimal condition by using insulated thermal bags and high-quality ice packs. However, please be aware that shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) use standard, non-refrigerated trucks.

Our specialized cooling packaging is designed to maintain temperatures for a window of 24–36 hours. Consequently, Altin Grocery is not responsible for products that arrive warm or spoiled due to extended transit times or the selection of non-expedited shipping methods. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that Altin Grocery is not liable for damages resulting from shipping delays or environmental conditions beyond our control.

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. To enjoy our products at peak freshness, we recommend refrigerating them right away and consuming them as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may be restricted from shipping due to state regulations. If your order includes such items, we will notify you before processing your order.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@altingrocery.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@altingrocery.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
